What to include
- The email address or phone number used for your Psalife account. If you registered with a phone number, include its country code.
- Your display name or user name, if available.
- A short message saying you want to delete your account and associated data. If you already used Delete Account inside the app, mention that in your request.
If no email address is linked to your Psalife account, you can send the request from an email address where we can reply. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership. Do not send your password or recovery codes.
Using Delete Account inside the app
Settings > Delete Account removes personal profile information and disables sign-in. Some associated content and transaction records remain after this action. Use the email request above to request removal of associated data.
What data may be deleted
After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize account information and associated personal data, such as profile information, posts, uploaded media, messages, and order-related account data where possible.
Data we may keep
Some information may be kept for a limited time where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial record, or abuse-prevention purposes.
Processing time
We aim to review account deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to verify the account owner.
