2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Psalife, we may collect the following information:
- Account information, such as name, user ID, email address or phone number, profile information, city, country, and addresses you provide.
- User-generated content, such as posts, captions, comments, likes, reports, shop listings, product details, event details, and uploaded images.
- Photos and media that you choose to upload for posts, products, or events.
- Location information when you use map, event, nearby discovery, delivery, or transport features and provide or allow access to your location.
- Chat messages, voice recordings, and message metadata when you use chat features. Voice recordings are uploaded when you choose to record and send a voice message, and are stored privately with access limited to permitted chat participants and authorized administrators.
- Order, shopping, delivery, and transport information, such as cart items, purchases, products, seller/buyer order details, contact numbers, pickup and delivery addresses, booking details, and order status.
- Device and app activity information, such as app usage, error logs, and basic technical information needed to keep the app working.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Show posts, products, events, maps, chats, orders, and delivery or transport bookings inside the app.
- Enable image and voice-message uploads, location-based features, buyer-seller communication, order management, delivery coordination, and transport bookings.
- Improve app safety, prevent abuse, review reports, and support users.
- Maintain, debug, and improve Psalife services.
- Display ads, measure ad performance, analyze app and ad activity, verify rewarded-ad completion and coin credits, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent rewards.
4. Permissions used by the app
- Internet: Used to connect the app to Psalife services.
- Camera: Used when you choose to take photos for posts, products, or events.
- Photo picker: Lets you choose images from your device for the features you use.
- Microphone: Used when you choose to record a voice message.
- Notifications: Used for chat, order, delivery, event, account, and other app activity alerts when you allow notifications.
- Location: Used for maps, local discovery, delivery, and transport features when you allow location access. Driver location is used for delivery or transport coordination when the driver enables the relevant service.
5. Sharing of information
Some information you post, such as public posts, product listings, event details, profile display name, and uploaded public images, may be visible to other users inside Psalife.
Messages and voice recordings are available to permitted chat participants. Relevant contact details, pickup and delivery addresses, and locations are shown to participants in your order or booking, including the assigned driver.
We use hosting, media storage, notification, and account email providers to operate these features. Authorized staff may access information for support, moderation, security, or legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Information is also disclosed through Google AdMob as described below, or where required by law or needed to protect users.
6. Google AdMob and rewarded ads
- Psalife displays Google AdMob native ads and offers rewarded ads that you choose to watch.
- Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), advertising and other device or account identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
- Reward attempts, ad transaction records, and coin credits are processed to verify completed rewarded ads and prevent duplicate or fraudulent rewards.

7. Ad privacy and device controls
- Google consent forms present ad privacy choices where required. When available, open Ad privacy options on Home or Rewards to review those choices.
- You can manage your advertising ID and app permissions, including camera, microphone, location, and notifications, in Android settings.
- Agreeing to the Terms and Privacy Policy does not replace any separate ad privacy choices.
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data retention
We keep user information for as long as needed to provide Psalife services, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and support account recovery. Users may request account deletion.
10. Account and data deletion
You can edit your profile information inside the app. Settings > Delete Account removes personal profile information and disables sign-in. Some associated content and transaction records remain after this action.
To request deletion of your account and associated data, visit https://psalife.net/delete-account or email [email protected]. The request instructions support accounts registered with an email address or a phone number. Limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
11. Children
Psalife is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Psalife, contact us and we will review the request.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
